West & Gray will close at the end of the year.

For the last four years, we've had the privilege of being entrusted with your families' moments and memories—while handling all your print, gift, and embroidery needs. When we started West & Gray, we wanted to create fun, beautiful pieces that were locally made, affordable, and loved by our customers. It has been such a joy to accomplish that goal.

But the time has come for us to focus even more on the moments and memories of our own family. We want to say a heartfelt thank you for the way you supported us and helped grow our small business into more than we ever dreamed it could be. We're grateful for the friendships that began as customer relationships, and we look forward to finishing out 2026 with each of you!

  • Can I still place orders?

    Yes! Our website remains open with up to date inventory. Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 weeks.

  • Will items in stock go on sale?

    Absolutely! We will be running a week of sales September 13-19. Each day will feature a few items as we begin cleaning out our inventory.

    MARK YOUR CALENDAR: We will be hosting a sidewalk sale October 10 where all our items will be 50-75% off. More details to come.

  • Are you still accepting outside items for embroidery?

    September 15 will be the final day for outside items to be dropped off to us. DM us for details on how to drop off and get your item(s) on the production schedule.

  • Can I still order from one of your baby registries?

    Absolutely! We are so thankful to get to create adorable pieces for our expecting mothers. Anything you see listed on one of our registries is in stock and will be reserved for the registrant!

  • Will I be able to order Christmas gift tags this year?

    Yes! Christmas gift tag orders (sticker and die cut) will be open on our website beginning November 1. All orders for Christmas gift tags will close on November 20.

  • Will you be selling any of your printers, embroidery machines, and store fixtures?

    Yes! If you have any interest in purchasing these items, please DM us for more information.
